As empty nesters, we work the whole NW corner of Oregon, but we love to focus on the Willamette Valley from the Portland Metro area down to Corvallis, and all parts east and west of the I5 corridor.

We built this team around one idea: to Abide. Abide means we stay with you all the way through the process. Holly focuses on the steps to help you find your next home. Understanding what you actually need, searching with you, and walking you through every home to see if it is 'The One.' Then she helps you write a winning offer to get you into the right place.

And Michael focuses on the steps to help you sell. Pricing it right, marketing it well, and handling every communication and negotiation with buyers so you can get your home sold for the most amount of money, in the fastest time, with the least amount of stress.
